Well, an overnight trip to Herat turned into 4 days. But we got a lot accomplished. Including eating real Italian pasta cooked by an Italian, pizza, pastries for breakfast, and a lot of espresso.
The Italians are in charge in RC W so that is why you see Luigi (L) and Aaron (R) standing inbetween Adam and myself. They were great hosts and fun to work with. Herat wasn't a bad place other than living conditions.
